Poor Battery Life
"Poor battery life on 2 units. Warranty exchange on the first and the replacement has the same issue, significantly less than claimed battery life. Today I used the unit for 19 minutes and the battery went from 100% down to 51%. Would not reccomened for the price"
It's a Recovery Tool
"Probably a bit overpriced for what it is. I like the multiple attachments and the personalized routines. I have connectivity problems with the Android app. I've had to re-pair the product to the app at least once. Since this is a medical device, and for safety, the pairing process is done entirely in the app and should just work, but when it doesn't connect there are no recovery steps."

"This is second to none. The heated tip is superb. This latest iteration is whisper quiet. The red-light is pleasing to the eye and circadian rhythm as a pre-bed routine."

"I use the the pro plus every day before my strength training. This is now my second one. I bought a refurbished one and used it until it broke. The heated top is a game changer. I forgot how quiet these are when they are brand new. If you’re a fan of deep tissue massage, then this model is for you. I have not used the cold top yet, but it’s on my list to order."

"We have own 2 different renditions of the Theragun and were happy with all of them and they get used regularly at our house. This Theragun Pro Plus is a significant upgrade to the previous versions. The way it hits to all the settings to the hot and cold heads. We love this one. Great job!"

"Idk what happened between this and the last iteration but the new Pro is a step above!! Worth every penny. Every-time someone’s like yea I have a massage gun. Im like let me show you what an actual therapeutic massage gun work of art is supposed to look like. A round of applause for the whole team involved in the creation of this device. The app, the heads, the response time when I had the cold head that I ordered come in with just cord and no head and next day the head sent out to me so it was waiting when I came back off a work run. All I’m short of is an affiliate link to get anyone who actually wants a massage gun worth there money pointed in the right direction. Thank you and thank you again good job."
Excellent Investment
"The Theragun Pro has been an excellent investment. The charging stand is a must. I had to invest in a longer USB cable and install a USB outlet, but it is great to set the unit in the charger and not mess with plugging and unplugging a cable. I have noticed an improvement in sleep and restless leg especially with the use of the heat attachment, and infrared feature. The handle its ergonomically designed to grasp depending on the part of the body being accessed. I do not find the app much use at this time. It would be nice to have the ability to set preprogrammed therapy routines or a timer. For now I use the timer on my phone based on my mental rotation of muscle groups. I have a TENS unit that rarely gets used due to the electro pads pulling body hair. The Theragun Pro gets used daily."
