Thank you for shopping at Therabody. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may need to be returned for various reasons. Should you need to initiate a return, please note that all returns are subject to the terms outlined below.

Standard Free Returns

Should you need to return an item purchased online at www.therabody.com or from a Therabody-operated retail or Reset location for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of the date you received the product. Therabody will pay for standard return shipping. Returned products must be returned in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. Any returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted. Therabody is unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.

  • Purchases of Therabody products from another retailer must be returned to the retailer in accordance with its return and refund policies.
  • Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked final sale are not eligible for returns. Certain products may not be eligible for free returns as noted on their product pages.
  • Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.
  • If a returned product does not meet our criteria for "like new" condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund. This partial refund will be determined based on the extent of any wear, damage, or missing parts.
  • Products bought in-store at Therabody-operated retail and Reset locations cannot be returned online.
  • Products which are damaged or defective may be returned to Therabody pursuant to Therabody’s Limited Warranty.

    All returns are subject to validation and approval at Therabody’s discretion. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. Therabody may amend these terms at any time.

The returns process after initiation:

You'll be prompted to provide essential details such as your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request has been authorized, our dedicated Customer Service team will provide further instructions, including any necessary shipping labels and return authorization documents. Please note the following:

  • Repackage your item(s) in the original box, including all accessories and packaging, and bring to any FedEx location. All returns must include the return authorization document inside the return package. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
  • Shipping labels will be valid for 14 days. If your return is not shipped within this time (or within the return window period), your return request and return shipping label will expire.
  • Returns must be received by Therabody within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the product. Only authorized returns will be processed.
  • Once the return is marked as delivered, please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur during peak operations. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

    Returned products are subject to inspection. If approved, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified) or in accordance with local laws. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.

Frequently Asked Questions

The product should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Specifically, it should not have scratches, dents, stains, or any other visible flaws that would detract from its appearance or functionality. Additionally, all original accessories and packaging should be included with the product.

Bring your product and proof of purchase to a Therabody-operated retail or Reset location and the store associate can assist you in processing the return. Best Buy in-store pickup orders can only be returned to a Best Buy store. If you are unable to return your purchased item to a Reset or retail location, please contact our Customer Service team here.

We’ve partnered with Affirm to offer qualified applicants easy monthly payments for purchases. Any installments that have been made will be refunded through Affirm once the return has been processed.
