In one 24-minute session, heat therapy helps combat muscle and joint soreness, stiffness and poor circulation. Choose the temperature that feels best for you: 35 °C, 39°C or 43°C.
In one 20-minute session, contrast therapy intentionally combines cold and heat to help maximize recovery and reduce soreness after working out. Use the preset temperatures (8°C for cold and 43°C for heat), or customize the temperatures for your comfort level.
