A sample of 18-40 year olds who exercised a minimum of 3x a week for more than 30 minutes.
5-week study length
Evaluated Theragun Sleep and Recovery protocols using the clinically validated Biostrap biosensor wearable technology and validated surveys to gather data.
Free-living design
Monitored 2 weeks without Theragun protocols, 2 weeks with protocols, and 1 week return to normal lifestyle. Participants were told not to change any other parts of their lifestyle.
